5. Termination of Agreement

To protect the sustainable development of the program, we have designed the following exit clause:

• Captains who take advantage of OceanEx’s brand to promote irrelevant business or projects and to generate a negative impact on OceanEx will be expelled from the node program.
• Captains who are involved in other actions that have negative impact on OceanEx’s branding or ecosystem will be expelled from the program.
