Event Period: 20:00, July 22nd — 20:00, July 29th, 2019 (UTC+8)

1. Predict BTC/USDT Price to Share 300K OCE

For all participants, to get this reward you need to complete the following tasks during the event period:

• Predict the price (integer digits) of the last BTC/USDT trade on OceanEx before 20:00, July 30th, 2019 (UTC+8). Choose the numbers in order, and generate your event poster via the event link: https://oceanex.pro/btc/guess
• Follow our official Twitter account @OceanexOfficial.
• Share the poster on Twitter with the 1) “BTC trading fee 80% off on OceanEx”, 2) hashtag #tradeBTConOceanEx and #bitcoin, 3) OceanEx TG group link: https://t.me/OceanEx_Official. These postings need to be up for the entire competition period to generate at least 5 likes.
• Share the poster in any Telegram group no less than 500 members other than OceanExOfficial.
• Send 1) the poster promotion Twitter link and the price (integer digits) you enter on your poster 2) the screenshot of your Telegram post including the group name and number of people 3) and your registered Email account on OceanEx to us through the Google Form link: https://forms.gle/jD6RADwXXsgsYjp5A.

Note: An account can only submit once for one copy of material, and the price (integer digits) you enter in the Google Form must match the price you enter on your poster, otherwise you’ll not be eligible for getting any rewards.

Rewarding Rules:

OceanEx will record the last BTC/USDT trade price before 20:00, July 30th, 2019 (UTC+8), and the integer digits of BTC/USDT price will be the Winning Numbers. The Winning Numbers will be published on OceanEx official twitter (https://twitter.com/OceanexOfficial) and official telegram group.

A. If you have successfully predicted the price (integer digits), then you will be eligible to share the prize pool. All the winners will share the prize pool of 300K OCE equally. For example, if the amount of users who have successfully predicted the price (integer digits) is X, the OCE prize pool is 300,000, your OCE rewards will be calculated as 300,000/X.

B. If there is no one successfully predict the price (integer digits), then the participants whose predicted price is the most proximate to the BTC price will be eligible to share the prize pool. All these users will share the prize pool of 300K OCE equally.

2. Best Promotor Prize — Invite Your Friends to Register & Trade to Share 300K OCE

To get this reward you need to complete the following tasks during the event period:

• Invite your friends to register an oceanex.pro account through your Referral ID/Referral Link;
• Make your friends complete one trade on any BTC related trading pairs. There is no limit on the trading volume.

Both inviter and invitee will be rewarded with 1,500 OCE each. There is no limit on how many people you can invite. Total 300K OCE are available for this reward, and the first 100 inviter-invitee pairs who will receive this reward. All rewards will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

We strongly recommend you share the event poster (with your referral ID on it) to as many channels as you can, so that you may increase many referees.

Note:

1. All prizes will be distributed to winners’ accounts within 7 workdays after the event ends.
2. OceanEx will check for duplicate or fake accounts and will not pay out any rewards on these accounts.
