Dear OceanEx community,
I am writing to you today to address some important matters and to share with you our vision for the future of our exchange.
Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that in the past 3 years, we have not done enough to expand the OceanEx exchange to a broader market and public. However, we have realized our mistakes and have taken steps to rectify this situation.
We have hired several experienced and new people to assist the OceanEx team with business development, and we are now working on a roadmap that includes a massive token burn and swap.
Our main focus is to provide a better customer experience, lower trading and withdrawal fees, more OCE utility, and several DeFi solutions that increase the token demand.
We are also working on a rebranded loyalty program to reward the most loyal OCE holders for their continued trust and belief in the OceanEx exchange.
Furthermore, we are now focused on expansion to other ecosystems like Polygon, Arbitrum, SUI, BNB Chain, and more because we believe that expansion will lead to more business opportunities and a bigger community. We realize that limiting ourselves to one ecosystem is not the way to go, although we will continue to support VeChain like we always have.
We understand that communication in the past 3 years was not ideal, and the community has many questions as to why we are suddenly taking another approach. The reason for this is simple: OceanEx has always had massive potential, and we know that one day OceanEx can be a top-tier exchange.
We hope to work on this goal together with you.
Communication and transparency will be our two main key factors in the road ahead. The OceanEx team is excited to bring the community closer in our new journey.
